    I wear many hats at Blendsmiths, but my main role is steering the ship and helping the team be the best version of themselves. Naturally, I lean towards the financial side of the business and keeping Ryan's marketing ideas within budget.

    As Head of Sales here at Blendsmiths and having worked in the specialty coffee and food & drink sector for the best part of twenty years, I thrive on helping customers increase revenue, by addressing everyday pain points.

    I combine strategy and storytelling to build campaigns that connect and convert. I guide in creating cohesive, impactful content across all channels, using design and data to drive brand growth and engagement.

    If there's an event to plan, a collaboration to present or a project to manage, I'm your go-to! I handle all Blendsmiths’ events and oversee team projects to make sure everything stays on track, on time, and running smoothly from start to finish.

    I take care of our wonderful customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with us, from advising on blends for their menu to making sure our wholesale site runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch every step of the way.

    As International Sales Manager, my primary objective is to identify great overseas opportunities in the shape of partnerships that align with our brand strategy, focusing on collaborative efforts to share our wonderful products far and wide.
