Delivery

We want your next cup to reach you as quickly as possible, so here’s how we get it there.

UK mainland
Free delivery on all orders over £45.
Under £45, delivery is worked out at checkout based on your order size:

• Small parcels (up to 200g): £1.80, Royal Mail
• Parcels up to 2kg: £3.65, Royal Mail, 2–3 working days
• Larger orders (2kg and over): from £6.70, DPD, 1–2 working days

Northern Ireland
£13.99, delivered in 2–4 working days.

Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey)
£13.99, delivered in around 2 working days.

Isle of Man
£13.99, delivered in 2–11 working days.

You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

We use a variety of couriers from our production facility here in Buckinghamshire, where we aim to have 48-hour turnaround, provided orders are received before 12-noon the same day.

Occasionally, there can be some minor delays with couriers, so we always recommend ordering early in the week. Orders past 12-noon Thursday will likely arrive the following Monday.

We also offer FREE delivery for orders of £45 or more. For anything under, we’ll charge a standard freight cost.
