Yes, all of our blends are suitable and safe. Even our White Chocolate blend is vegan.

Only our Peanut Butter Blend contains nuts and is blended in a separate room from our other products. However, we cannot guarantee that our other blends do not contain traces of nuts as they are blended in the same facility.  

Yes they do. We blend using organic coconut sugar for its caramel like sweetness. This allows us to create epic tasting products and bring the blend to life. Please refer to the ingredients list on the product pages for specific details of nutritional breakdown of each product.

We have a number a long establishment relationships with importers who employ the direct trade model. We are signed up to the UN Global Compact initiative which essentially means how practices are transparent, sustainable and meeting health & safety regulations, no funny business!!

We blend using some of the best cacao on the planet. We have committed to creating shared values with our suppliers, ensuring in the cacao we supply has been sourced and produced without both human or animal suffering, and with minimum impact to the environment. Yes, if you purchased the wrong item, size or amount. Please send us an email immediately to orders@blendsmiths.com letting us know before the product released and we’ll cancel dispatch and refund your account immediately.

Standard mail times: Every package purchased from our online store is dispatched with Royal Mail, please expect delivery in 2-3 working days. Please not, since the outbreak of Covid-19, we have experience longer delivery times than usual. We blend, pack and dispatch everything in house. Orders placed Monday – Friday, before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day.

Not at the moment. Due to Covid and BREXIT, we were getting really upset at how long you guys were having to wait for our blends. Sometimes, the parcels didn’t arrive at all.

If you don’t think you will be home for the delivery, we recommend that you have your items delivered to a suitable alternative address. However, Royal Mail are pretty good. They’ll leave you a card letting you know they tried to deliver a parcel, they will either return the next day or request collection from the local post office.

If you are a resident of the EU, we will not currently be fulfilling any orders. The impacts of Covid and BREXIT have caused too many issues. The last thing we want is for customers to be unhappy with our service, long delivery times and costly import taxes have not been kind over the past 12 months. Until the uncertainty passes, we have temporarily removed delivery services outside of the UK.

We chose blend for a number of reasons. Everything in life is a blend, people, cultures, communities, foods, drinks; We believe that together, we are better. Smiths is an old English terminology for a worker of sorts. Especially of the working-class culture. We are from the north of England, of working-class background and are very proud of our roots.
