Iced Coconut Pink Chai with Coconut-Vanilla Cold Foam

Creamy coconut milk, spiced pink chai & velvety pink cold foam with a hint of vanilla  indulgent, refreshing & magical.

Ingredients (serves 1):
  • 2 tsp Blendsmiths Pink Chai
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • Ice
Cold Foam:
  • 60 ml coconut cream or double cream
  • 10 ml coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp Blendsmiths Pink Chai
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg or dusting of cinnamon

Method:
  1. Make chai milk: Blend coconut milk + Blendsmiths Pink Chai until smooth, then strain through a fine sieve.
  2. Prepare cold foam: Whisk cream + coconut milk + Blendsmiths Pink Chai + vanilla until thick & frothy (handheld mini whisk recommended).
  3. Assemble: Fill tall glass with ice, pour in chai milk.
  4. Top & serve: Spoon over cold foam, finish with nutmeg or cinnamon. Stir before sipping.
