1. These terms and conditions apply to all goods supplied by Unique Drinks Limited.

2. These conditions do affect customer’s rights or the supplier’s statutory rights relating to defective goods.

RETURNS

3. Buyers have the right request a refund or new parcel if the package arrives damaged, split or a wrong product has been received.

POSTAGE

4. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving order.

For all UK orders we use Royal Mail with an estimated delivery within 2 to 5 working days. 

For International orders we use FedEx International Track & Signed for the vast majority of countries worldwide. You will receive a tracking number to follow delivery progress.

At a customers request can can also offer an alternative express services, please get in touch to arrange a quote.
