Bright pink guava syrup meets vivid green matcha in a sparkling layered drink that’s light, refreshing, and almost too pretty to stir.
Ingredients
7.5ml guava syrup
3 ice cubes
150g sparkling water
10g Ichibancha matcha
Method
1. Build the Base
Add the ice cubes to a tall glass and pour over the guava syrup.
2. Add the Sparkling Water
Pour in the sparkling water slowly, allowing it to settle.
3. Layer the Matcha
Pour the matcha slowly over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to create a layered gradient effect.
4. Serve
Serve without stirring so the layers remain visible.
