Tart raspberry puree, creamy white chocolate, and frothy pistachio oat milk come together in a layered drink that feels both indulgent and refined.

Ingredients

15g raspberry puree
10g White Choc powder
25g water
70g pistachio oat milk, frothed

Method

1. Melt the White Chocolate
Warm the White Choc powder with the water until smooth and fully combined, then allow to cool slightly.

2. Prepare the Glass
Spoon the raspberry puree into the base of the glass.

3. Froth the Milk
Froth the pistachio oat milk until thick and foamy.

4. Build & Serve
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the puree, then finish with the frothed milk and serve immediately.
