Mango Fruit Matcha

Juicy ripe mango cubes sit beneath chilled milk and a vibrant matcha pour, finished with a whisper of cinnamon for warmth. Sweet, creamy, grassy, and refreshing.
Ingredients
Fresh mango, cut into cubes
Generous handful of ice
200ml milk, poured over ice
1 tsp matcha
Small pinch of sugar
Pinch of cinnamon, to finish
Method
1. Prepare the Glass
Place the mango cubes into the bottom of a glass and pile the ice on top.
2. Add the Milk
Pour over your chosen milk.
3. Make the Matcha
Whisk the matcha and sugar together with a little hot water until smooth and lump-free, then allow to cool slightly.
4. Finish
Pour the matcha over the milk and finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
