Ingredients

For the Drink:
2 heaped tsp Blendsmiths Chill’d Salted Choc
50ml milk (oat milk works beautifully too)
50ml vodka
35ml coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or Tia Maria)
25ml fresh espresso
Ice cubes

Garnish:
3 coffee beans
Dark chocolate shavings

Method

1. Prepare the Base
Brew a fresh shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly. Whisk the Chill’d Salted Choc into the milk until smooth and creamy.

2. Shake the Cocktail
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and chocolate milk. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until frothy and ice cold.

3. Strain & Serve
Double strain into a chilled martini glass for a smooth, velvety finish.

4. Garnish
Finish with three coffee beans and a generous sprinkle of dark chocolate shavings before serving immediately.
