A bold and creamy iced chai layered with rich espresso and warming spices. Sweet, aromatic, and deeply comforting with notes of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom in every sip.
Ingredients
For the Drink:
2 tsp Blendsmiths Masala Chai
250ml oat milk
Double shot espresso (60ml)
1–2 tsp brown sugar or brown sugar syrup, to taste
Ice cubes
Garnish:
Chocolate drizzle
Method
1. Create the Chai Base
Blend the Masala Chai with the cold oat milk until smooth, creamy, and aromatic.
2. Sweeten the Espresso
Brew the espresso and stir in the brown sugar while still hot until fully dissolved.
3. Build the Layers
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the chai oat milk. Slowly drizzle the sweetened espresso over the back of a spoon to create layered coffee ribbons on top.
4. Finish
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve immediately. Stir before drinking to combine all the flavours.
