Coconut Hojicha Cloud
Serves 1
Roasted hojicha whisked into chilled coconut cream with vanilla and milk, poured gently over iced coconut water for a soft cloud-like layered drink.
Ingredients
½ cup ice
180ml coconut water
45ml milk of your choice
1 tsp hojicha powder
4 tbsp coconut cream, chilled
1½ tbsp vanilla syrup
Method
1. Prepare the Base
Fill a glass with ice and pour over the coconut water.
2. Make the Hojicha Cloud
Whisk together the hojicha powder, coconut cream, milk, and vanilla syrup until smooth and softly thickened.
3. Layer the Drink
Slowly pour the hojicha cloud over the iced coconut water so it settles into a soft floating layer.
4. Serve
Serve immediately and stir gently before drinking.
