Black Forest Gâteau

Rich dark chocolate and sweet cherry syrup layered over ice and milk for a drink inspired by the classic Black Forest dessert.
Ingredients
½ cup ice
180ml milk of your choice
22g Dark Choc powder
1½ tbsp cherry syrup
Dark chocolate, to garnish
Method
1. Build the Base
Fill a glass with ice and pour over the cherry syrup.
2. Add the Milk
Pour the milk over the ice and allow the layers to settle naturally.
3. Make the Chocolate Layer
Whisk the Dark Choc powder with hot water until smooth and pourable.
4. Finish
Slowly pour the chocolate over the drink, garnish with dark chocolate, and serve immediately.
