Espresso and chocolate whipped into a thick, velvety cream floating over iced coconut water, finished with bright orange zest.
Ingredients
Ice, enough to fill the glass halfway
Coconut water
1 shot espresso
Original Choc powder
Full-fat cream or coconut cream
Orange zest, optional
Method
1. Prepare the Base
Fill a glass halfway with ice and top with coconut water.
2. Make the Mocha Cream
Whisk together the espresso, chocolate blend, and cream until thick but still pourable.
3. Layer the Drink
Slowly pour the mocha cream over the iced coconut water so it floats softly on top.
4. Finish
Garnish with orange zest and serve immediately.
