Blueberry, White Choc Matcha

Serves 1

A layered matcha drink with sharp blueberry, creamy white chocolate, and vibrant green tea finished with a dusting of dark chocolate.

Ingredients

3 tbsp fresh blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
20–30ml milk of your choice
22g White Choc powder
250ml milk of your choice
1½ tsp Japanese matcha
60ml hot water (70–80°C)
White choc syrup

Method

1. Make the Blueberry Base
Crush the blueberries with the lemon juice and loosen with a splash of cold milk until pourable.

2. Prepare the White Chocolate Layer
Stir the White Choc powder into cold milk until smooth, then carefully pour over the blueberry base.

3. Make the Matcha
Sift the matcha into a bowl and whisk with hot water until smooth and frothy. Allow to cool briefly.

4. Finish
Pour the matcha gently over the drink and serve immediately.
