Sweet mango puree and chilled milk meet warm golden chai spices in a bright, layered drink with a tropical twist.
Ingredients
20ml mango puree
150ml milk of your choice
10g Golden Chai
30ml hot water
Ice
Method
1. Build the Base
Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the mango puree and milk. Stir gently to combine.
2. Make the Chai Paste
Whisk the Golden Chai powder with hot water until smooth and pourable.
3. Layer the Drink
Slowly pour the chai mixture over the iced mango milk so it settles softly on top.
4. Serve
Serve immediately and stir gently before drinking.
