With the festive season upon us, why not bring a little holiday magic to your kitchen? We’ve put our Blendsmiths drink expertise into creating these deliciously indulgent recipes that are as easy to make as they are festive. Whether you're enjoying a quiet night in or hosting friends, these recipes are sure to add something extra special to your winter routine.
 

Cosy Up the 'Drink of the Moment'.

Warm, creamy, and a little bit indulgent—your Matcha era is not just for summer-it's having a winter glow-up! This velvety drink combines the earthy flavours of our Japanese Matcha Blend with the sweet, nostalgic warmth of cinnamon. Topped with a dreamy cinnamon sweet-cream that’s just the right amount of spice, this drink is perfect for a cosy evening, especially paired with seasonal pastries. You matcha lovers should not be sleeping on this!

What You'll Need:

For The Matcha:
1 ½ full teaspoons (8.25g) Blendsmiths Japanese Matcha Blend
8oz milk (your choice: dairy, oat, almond, etc.)

For the Cinnamon Bun Sweet Cream Topping:
1/4 cup whipping cream (we're using non-dairy here)
1tsp ground cinnamon
A splash of milk
1 tsp brown sugar syrup

    How to Make It:

    Whip Up the Cinnamon Bun Sweet Cream:
    In a jug, mix together the whipping cream, brown sugar syrup, and a splash of milk. Whisk with a handheld frother until it’s lightly frothy and has a velvety texture. Then, sprinkle in that dreamy cinnamon and whisk for another 15-25 seconds until it's all combined.
     
    Prepare the Matcha:
    Add 1 ½ teaspoons of Blendsmiths Japanese Matcha Blend to your milk and steam them together (in a pan, with a steam wand, in a velvetiser or just heat your milk in the microwave-stirring) until it’s silky smooth and perfectly mixed.

    Assemble:

    Pour your freshly steamed matcha into a mug, and carefully spoon a generous dollop of your cinnamon sweet cream topping on top. Dust with extra cinnamon for that extra cosy touch, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

    Pro Tip: This is just as delicious served iced! Whisk up your matcha with a little hot water, pour over ice, and then top with that creamy cinnamon goodness. So refreshing, and still super festive!

    This twist on classic hot chocolate will transport you to a tropical paradise, even when it's freezing outside. The White Winter Paradise is a dreamy blend of white chocolate, toasted coconut, and coconut milk, topped with whipped cream and caramel. And the best part? You can make it vegan if you like!

    What You'll Need:

    4 full teaspoons (22g) Blendsmiths White Chocolate Blend
    8oz coconut milk
    A sprinkle of toasted coconut (desiccated or shaved works wonders!)
    Whipped cream (the fluffier, the better!)
    Optional: caramel or chocolate sauce for an extra indulgent touch

      How to Make It:

      Add 4 teaspoons of Blendsmiths White Chocolate Blend with 8oz of coconut milk and heat them together (in a pan, with a steam wand, in a velvetiser or just heat your milk in the microwave) until it’s creamy, silky, and completely combined. It should smell like a tropical winter dream!

      What You’ll Need:

      22g Blendsmiths Chocolate Blend (of choice)
      8oz milk (of your choice: dairy or non-dairy)
      Whipped cream
      Blendsmiths marshmallows
      2-3 small pretzels
      A dusting of cocoa or cinnamon for extra flavour

        How to Make It:

        Take 22g of Blendsmiths Chocolate Blend of choice and 8oz of milk and heat them together (in a pan, with a steam wand, in a velvetiser or just heat your milk in the microwave) until until it’s smooth, silky, and perfectly combined.

        Assemble:
