Pumpkin Spice S’mores Hot Chocolate

Chocolatey, spiced pumpkin warmth with whipped cream, toasted marshmallows & a crunchy biscuit rim, cosy vibes guaranteed.
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 tsp Blendsmiths Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tsp hot chocolate powder
- 200 ml milk
- Mug rim (optional): melted chocolate + crushed digestive biscuits
- Toppings: Squirty whipped cream, 3–5 marshmallows, shards of digestive biscuit.
Method:
- Rim the mug: Dip rim in melted chocolate, then into biscuit crumbs. Set to harden.
- Make hot chocolate: Gently heat milk until steaming. Whisk in Blendsmiths pumpkin spice + hot chocolate powder.
- Assemble: Pour hot chocolate into the mug.
- Toast marshmallows: Skewer and char over flame or blowtorch until golden.
- Top & serve: Add squirty whipped cream, toasted marshmallows, and biscuit shards.
