Matcha Overnight Oats
Oats have become the number one breakfast choice amongst adults and it's easy to see why. But BLENDing oats with lots of other awesome ingredients are what we are all about. Look no further than our Matcha Overnight Oats (can you tell with love Matcha yet?!)
Wholehearted, moreish, sweet and savory topped with mouth watering peanut putter to finish.
⅔ cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons our Japanese Matcha blend or 1 teaspoon of our 100% Pure Matcha.
⅔ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons chia seeds
⅔ cup plant-based milk (we have used almond milk and oat milk)
1 teaspoon of honey
Whisk all ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar (old marmalade, jame jars are a great option) with a tight-fitting lid.
Close and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, but preferably overnight before eating. Stir well and top with granola, peanut butter, sliced banana, fresh berries, strawberries, blueberries or/and honey.
