Really enjoying a heaped teaspoon mixed into 250 ml of kefir, 2 teaspoons of milled flax seeds and a teaspoon of bee pollen. Refreshing and energising ... and pretty healthy too. (NB, bee pollen not suitable for anyone who's allergic or at risk of anaphylaxis.)

I'm a big fan of the Japanese matcha but found it a little sweet first thing in the morning. I wanted to find a matcha powder with all the health benefits but a little less sweet, and this is delicious! Love that it is even better for you than the Japanese matcha and tastes fab.
