Masala Chai

The spices are wonderful but it is way too sweet for me, I’d prefer to add the sweetness myself.

Nice refreshing drink, hot or over ice.

Fabulous Chai! Ive searched a lot for a chai of great quality and taste and this is the best Ive found. I frothy coconut milk which makes an amazing chai latte. My daily treat :-)

Simply delicious as a chai latte (first discovered in my local coffee shop) but for those who don't enjoy the preparation part it also works really well stirred into kefir.

Literally so perfect-I’m in love with the ‘Japanese Matcha’ so my mom bought me the curiosity collection and I tried this and I loved it so much. It’s so smooth and it tastes like beautiful warmth and spices in a mug. I need to buy more!! I would recommend for everyone who likes a warm, comfort drink cause this is for you x

I like masala chai and drink a fair bit of it but it can be a bit of a faff to make. This seemed like an interesting option. I did not expect it to be as good as fresh masala chai but I hoped it may be a pleasant similar drink if nothing else. Unfortunately, in my opinion the flavour was unpleasant and the texture even more so. So not for me I am afraid.

One of my local coffee shops does an amazing Chai Latte, I saw that they use Blendsmiths so decided to order it for home and so glad I did! I’ve mainly used it for iced chai lattes and have mixed it with a hand blender meaning that it’s really creamy, perfect for hot days. Will be buying again

Spicy but oh so delicious!

I think I have order chai masala 4-5 times now. It’s always good. I first tried it at my local coffee house and was blown away how good it tasted.

Masala Chai

Couldn’t have more than a sip as this was so peppery. Also the wastefulness of the tiny sample sachet in a huge box was pretty off putting.

Very tasty one of the best ones I’ve tried but it is difficult to get it to dissolve fully despite following the instructions

I really enjoyed it. I tried the sample and will be buying the next size up. What I really liked was that you don't need to strain it as it's all already blended. The very subtle taste coconut sugar is a wonderful addition to the mix. For my taste, I would intensify the chai flavour - in other words, just a bit more spicy, would be ideal.

This stuff is great, can easily be added to just hot milk or mixed in on the hob. The taste is lovely, not too sweet or spicy and finds a great middle ground for me

Lovely warming spices amazing flavour not too sweet. This is the best hot choc brand on the market they are all so good.

I use 2tsp of the Masala chai blend in a large mug and it has loads of flavour. Not too sweet, but the right balance for me. Yes, there are bits in the cup at the end but that isn't an issue for me. A very tasty alternative to caffeine filled hot drinks, I'm very glad to have found Blendsmiths.

Masala Chai Blend

I've found this blend a bit too sweet for my liking but it mixes well with oat milk. Appreciate chai is meant to be sweet but it also had a spicy kick which I found conflicting as opposed to complimenting each other.

A star was also deducted for communication. The order was meant to include a pumpkin spicebsample bar but it was missing. I noted this in a response to the previous email from the company which asked to share the thoughts about the order. However, I didn't receive a reply. It seems that comments are encouraged but they are not necessarily followed up. 🙂

First encountered this chai at a very popular motorway service/farm shop on the M6, loved it so much, did some research to find out their supplier! Love the spiciness and the fact it’s not overly sweetened (nearly all coffee shop chai’s are way too sweet for me)! This is definitely my “go to” chai

Loving the Chai, the unique blend of spices makes it the ideal winter drink. Having said that I do drink it all year round as it’s just so yummy.

I really love Blendsmith products - however, I placed an order for 2x 250g pack of Chai, only to receive 3 samples sachets in my package. The customer service lady I talked to was super helpful and lovely, and told me they would be sending replacements the following day. I received them a week later. Just an unfortunate incident that made me disappointed in Blendsmith.

After buying a masala chai at a motorway service station I was really impressed with the flavour. I contacted the cafe at the service station and they were very helpful and kindly informed me that the Masala Chai was a Blendsmiths brand which I ordered and was not disappointed with making the chai at home. This is now my ‘go to’ chai. There is a good fresh flavour to it unlike others whose flavours seem to blur into each other making it difficult to work out what exactly is in their blend. I have also tried this cold using it with oat milk, a banana and peanut butter to make a smoothie, it works very well indeed. So, I guess this is a YES from me.
