Espresso recipe: 19g coffee - 32g espresso
V60 recipe (for one): 15g of coffee - 250g of water at 94 degrees
1. Wet the paper filter
2. Grind the coffee on a medium coarse grind
3. Add the coffee into the middle of the filter paper and pour 30g of water. Let bloom
4. Add up to 100g of water, let it drain slightly
5. Add up to 200g of water, let drain slightly.
6. Add up to 250g of water, stir north to south & east to west
7. Let coffee finish draining and enjoy.
