Dark Chocolate Martini
YES that's right, alcohol. And as clean and healthy as you might think the Blendsmiths team are, we are only human!
This is the ideal after dinner, playing games with friends, whole hearted feel good cocktail. Super easy to make and tastes amazing.
How to make as cold beverage
Ingredients
3 tsp Blendsmiths 51% Dark Chocolate Blend
25ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka 25ml
25ml Cointreau
50ml Water
200ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Ice cubes
Chocolate Block (we used Coco Chocolatier Sea Salt - crushed)
Method
In a glass, stir the Blendsmiths 51% Dark Chocolate powder and 50ml of hot water.
Add 200ml of milk, continue to stir.
Microwave for 10-20 seconds to dissolve the powder, alternatively, you can steam your milk before adding to the mix.
Add Cointreau and vodka, mix.
Place 4-5 ice cubes in a cocktail glass and your mix over the ice.
Dust the chocolate flakes to garnish.
Did you know? The most expensive vodka went for $7.25 million dollars in 2015. Don't worry, a £15 quid vodka from Asda will do just fine for our recipe.
